The PCC of St Mary's Church agreed to a

Flower Festival that would be different from

any other Flower Festival it had previously held.

In part, inspired by a similar event at

Sculthorpe Church several years ago and the

need to recycle, it was decided to take on the

challenge of creating flowers from items

destined for the recycling bin.
