Archive Photos Page Thirty Four
| Well the final page of the
archive photos. 34 pages containing over 300 photos, so I now need to say a big thank you to major contributors of the photos as without their help this section of the website would not have been possible. I would like to thank Paul Marsh of the Lynn News (my wife and I spent 4 hours at Lynn Library going through the old issues of the Lynn News and picked out 50 photos and Paul kindly put them on a CD for me). Peter Osborne for letting me take copies of all his collection of old photos and paper clippings. John Moorhouse who also let me take copies of his collection. John Wiggs for letting me borrow his collection of photos taken at the Championships. Wayne Mason who let me borrow his collection of photos. Colin Skipper for letting me copy his collection of Handbooks which helped to provide the Archive Section with Information of seasons back over 30 years. Plus Colin then came up with some classic old paper clippings. Dave Wearing who had a further collection of even older handbooks. The above were the main contributors of the photos and I cannot thank them enough. I also thank other people who took the time to send in odd photos that they had. Below I have put together the final photos I had which now completes this section. FINALLY I AM PLEASED THAT SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOOKED AT THE WEBSITE, IN FACT SINCE I STARTED IT IN JULY 2010 THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN VISITED OVER 42,000 TIMES. |
