Holidays may be booked for the following breaks:

Friday to Friday, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

The price includes central heating, electricity, hot water, towels, tea towels, bedding and Wi-Fi

– please bring beach towels.

Housekeeping:

The cottage will be thoroughly cleaned and made ready for your arrival. Please arrive at 3 pm. It is expected that guests leave the cottage in the same condition as they find it, with used bedding and towels left in the hall; please depart by 10:00 am.

Arrival and Departure:

Please arrive at 3 pm and depart by 10 am.

Pets:

Well behaved pets are very welcome. There is a weekly charge of

£50.00 per pet AND a £50.00 cash deposit will be required upon arrival, which is fully returnable upon departure after successful inspection.

Please remember, that not all our guests have pets, so the cottage must be left without any trace of pets upon departure – including the garden. Pets should always be accompanied and never left in the cottage, or garden, unattended.

Parking:

Off road parking for one car.

Garden:

Enclosed courtyard garden.

Insurance:

Please ensure that you have holiday insurance; all holidays must be paid for in full and refunds will not be given.

Damage and breakages:

Damages and breakages must be paid for in full, or similar replacement bought if possible.

Payment:

Please pay a 50% deposit upon booking your holiday and the final 50% four weeks before your holiday. Please use your name as a reference and send an email to confirm once payment is made: nicola.ocallaghan@hotmail.co.uk
