Once again some very close matches with two 5-4 results and a 6-3.

On table one it was the 6-3 result and a good win for The Inlaws over Heacham Knights. It was Alfie Yarrow who was super sub who top scored with 2.5 points and his support came from Paul Barrett 2 points and Jim Race 1.5 points. For the Knights it was Kevin Saunders 1.5 points while Mick Forth adding 1 point and Sam Pishorn chipping in with 0.5 point.

On table two Leigh McDonald was back in action for Coastal Crusaders with a fine maximum in the Crusaders narrow 5-4 win over The Terriers. His support came from Jeff Chung 1.5 points and Richard Loades Wiffon 0.5 point. For The Terriers Graham Keeley 1 point while Steve Hunt and Janice Howell both added 1.5 points each.

On table three the second of the two close matches when Counter Hitters beat Adrian’s Allstars 5-4. Paul Waterman and Ian Rix equally shared their 5 points with 2.5 points each. For the Allstars Mick Minns added 0.5 point, while Charley Hammond added 1.5 points and top scorer was Mike Nobes with 2 points.
The Inlaws are now on 68 points two points clear of second place Counter Hitters with Coastal Crusaders in third place.
