WEEK 18...MONDAY 16TH MARCH 2026

Another great night of table tennis last night with the top 3 teams winning 7-2.

On table one The Inlaws stay in second place after their 7-2 win over Adrian’s Allstars. Maximums for Stephen Jackson and Jim Race with Alexi Eon chipping in with a win over super sub Eileen Needham. For the Allstars a win each for Charley Hammond and Mike Nobes over Alexi.

On table two it was Counter Hitters easily holding on to top place in the league with yet another 7-2 win, this time over Hunnys Heroes. Once again it was Finlay Hewson leading the way with another maximum. His support came from Tony Trayford and Paul Waterman who both beat Rob Yarrow and Mark Lees. For the Heroes it was Alfie Yarrow who had 2 wins but lost in four ends to Finlay.

On table three the third 7-2 result when third place Coastal Crusaders kept up the pressure at the top of the table with their win over Heacham Knights. Jeff Chung continued his good form with a hard fought maximum. He had good support from Bob Richardson and Phil Ball who both had 2 wins. For The Knights it was a win each for Kevin Saunders and super sub Graham Keeley.

The league is now split into two halves as there is a 19 points difference between the third place and fourth place teams.
